However, the shuttle buses can be quite crowded after prayer times, and additional buses may be needed. the hotel staff were accommodating when approached, but daily room cleaning and service seemed inconsistent during my 5-day stay. The hotel's location, just a short 3-minute ride by bus to the Haram, was a major plus point, allowing for easy access to all that Mecca has to offer. the staff, fluent in Arabic, English, and Urdu, were always willing to assist, providing a welcoming atmosphere. the buffet breakfast was enjoyable, and the amenities such as free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms added to the comfort of the stay. One standout feature was the charismatic manager at the breakfast floor, whose pleasant demeanor added a personal touch to the experience. the hotel's practical information at the reception was helpful for exploring the area, and the safety features in place added peace of mind.
